HLearn is a practical, no-code learning platform offering hands-on workshops and micro-courses focused on AI applications for professionals. Our sessions are built for business impact, not technical deep-dives.

How are the workshops delivered?

Workshops are delivered live via Zoom in 4 hour formats. They're supported by digital workbooks, ready-to-use templates, and AI prompt libraries. Paid participants also get on-demand access to recordings.

Is there a free Q&A session I can join?

Yes! Every week we host a free, live Q&A session where you can ask anything about AI tools, prompt writing, workshop content, or your real-world use case.
It’s open to everyone — even if you haven’t taken a workshop yet.

Are the workshops recorded?

Yes. All live sessions are recorded. Learners who register get access to the recording for 30 days.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

For Paid Workshops and Courses: Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the session. After that, we can transfer your seat to a future cohort. You are not eligible for transfer to another cohort if you contact us after the workshop start time.
To cancel your registration or ask for a transfer, you need to send a cancellation/ transfer notice by email to info@hlearn.ca
For Subscriptions: We run a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy. After day 7, you can still cancel—your plan simply runs to the end of the paid month.
