Overview
Meet Dr.Hala EL OUARRAK, P.Eng., PMP, LSSBB, PMI-ACP, LSSGB
Dr. Hala is a licensed engineer and An ASCM (Previously APICS) Master instructor (IDP) with over 15 years of hands-on experience leading complex projects across automobile, aerospace, finance, manufacturing, and transportation industries.
Long before AI became a corporate buzzword, Dr. Hala was engineering its applications for the industrial floor. She is a process architect and a Master Instructor that goes beyond teaching methodologies and actually engineers concrete solutions.
Her expertise is built on a dual foundation of advanced data science and rigorous project execution. For her Ph.D., she built neural network-driven autonomous navigation algorithms for industrial material transport.
Today, she brings that exact same engineering precision to corporate operations, leading complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
She specializes in full lifecycle project leadership—mastering Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies from initiation through closure—while simultaneously driving Lean Six Sigma Black Belt transformations that deliver measurable process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost reductions. Her data analytics expertise spans statistical analysis, data mining, and Power BI visualization, consistently turning raw operational data into strategic competitive advantage.

Credentials
As an instructor, Hala is passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge with others. She has taught pSupply Chain Management Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and Data Analytics courses at various universities and corporate training programs. She is committed to using innovative teaching strategies and techniques to ensure that her students have a practical understanding of the subject matter.
Dr. EL OUARRAK holds a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics and Automatic Control from the University Hassan II of Casablanca - FSBM, a Master in Industrial and Logistics Engineering from the University Caddy Ayyad - ENSA Marrakech, and completed the Middle-Level Managers (MLM) Bridging Program at Ryerson University. She is a Professional Engineer of Ontario ( P.Eng), Certified Supply Chain Professional ( CSCP), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), and Six Sigma Green Belt (SSGB). She also holds certifications in Agile Scrum (PMI-ACP).
Hala enjoys playing Archery, traveling, and spending time with her family when she is not teaching. She believes in continuous learning and seeks to improve her skills and knowledge.
